Upcoming course 6th December 2018: NGS analysis on the Bioinformatic cluster (Marvin)

Our next training will be a full day “NGS analysis on the Bioinformatic cluster (Marvin)“, taking place in the Irving IT Laboratory (IRV 215) on the 6th of December 2018 from 9am-5pm.

Topics covered will be a general light introduction to Unix, followed by material covering use of Marvin, best practices, and how to submit jobs efficiently and effectively.

If you are a University of St. Andrews post-grad, postdoc or staff member attendance on the course is free and a lunch is included.
