Course: NGS analysis on the Bioinformatic cluster (Marvin)

We are running the NGS analysis on the Bioinformatic cluster (Marvin) full-day training course in St Andrews at the IRV:215 -Irving IT Laboratory from 9am to 5pm on 6th December 2018. This is a mixed practical course for those wishing to learn how to use the job scheduling system on the Marvin cluster, as well as a brief introduction to Unix.

The instructors shall be Joseph Ward and Peter Thorpe of the St Andrews Bioinformatics Unit and is free of charge for University of St Andrews students and staff.

Lunch will be provided, but please let us know about any dietary requirements.
