Introduction to RNA-Seq Data Analysis

We are running a one-day training course called Introduction to RNA-Seq Data Analysis in St Andrews (Swallowgate Computer Classroom) from 9am to 5pm on (NOTE new date) Fri 28 April 12th May 2017. This course is funded by a CAPOD grant and is free of charge to University of St Andrews postgraduates and postdocs.

A requirement is familiarity with Unix (experience with R may also be sufficient). Those with no Unix experience are invited to register for the Introduction to Unix for NGS course taking place earlier on the morning of the 20th April.

The instructors shall be Joseph Ward and Ramon Fallon of the St Andrews Bioinformatics Unit, with some potential assistance from colleagues at the Scottish Oceans Institute.
